Patricia ("Pat") Theresa LeCloux, age 89, of Forestville, passed away peacefully early Wednesday morning, November 12, 2025, at Sycamore Lodge Assisted Living in Algoma, Wisconsin.
Born on January 16, 1936, in Rosiere, Wisconsin, Pat was the daughter of the late William and Marion (LaLuzerne) LeCaptain. She graduated from Casco High School in 1953. Pat was a twin and survived her sister, Theresa, at birth.
On August 22, 1953, Pat married James "Jim" LeCloux, son of Nelson and Rose (Rankin) LeCloux, at St. Hubert's Church in Rosiere. Together, Pat and Jim began farming and milking cows in the town of Brussels that same year. They worked together, side by side until Jim's passing on July 14, 2002. Their loving partnership spanned 48 years and was blessed with three children: Monica, Rebecca, and Dean.
A lifelong member of St. Hubert's Church, Pat was deeply devoted to her faith and community, making time for daily prayer throughout her life and regularly visiting the Chapel. She was an avid Packers fan, holding season tickets with Jim and never missed a game on television. Pat was renowned for her baking, delighting family and friends with specialties such as deviled eggs, tortes, and her famous apple pies-crafted from scratch with unmatched skill and love. She also found joy in sewing, knitting and crocheting blankets and washcloths, solving puzzles, going to the casino, watching Wheel of Fortune and playing cards ("couillon") with friends on Sundays, and attending weekly bingo.
Pat's dedication to her family was unwavering. She worked tirelessly to create a warm and loving home, always greeting loved ones and friends with her gentle smile and heartfelt hugs. Her kindness, warmth, and easy laughter endeared her to all who knew her. Pat enjoyed shopping and getting her hair done at the beauty shop, wanting to look her best for company.
She is survived by her loving and devoted family: daughters Monica Fedolfi (Bob Carroll) and Rebecca Neinas (Jerry); grandchildren Jennifer Piczkowski (Craig) and David Neinas (Katie); and great-grandchildren Lucy Piczkowski, Henry Piczkowski, Kylie Neinas, Charlie Neinas, and Tyler Neinas. Pat is also survived by her younger brothers Julius LeCaptain (Pat) and Cletus LeCaptain (Judy), as well as many nieces and nephews.
Pat was preceded in death by her husband Jim, her son Dean LeCloux, sons-in-law Eugene Fedolfi and Jerry Neinas, her sister Shirley Paye, brother Cy LeCaptain, twin sister Theresa LeCaptain, her parents, mother and father-in-law, and dear friends.
Funeral services will be 11:00 am Monday, Nov. 17, 2025, at St. Hubert's Church in Rosiere with the Rev. Patrick Beno officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Friends may call at the church on Monday from 9:30 am until the time of mass. Forbes Funeral Home is serving the family.
Special thanks to the dedicated caregivers of Unity Hospice whose gentle support and compassion brought comfort to Pat and her loved ones. The family extends heartfelt thanks to Sycamore Lodge Assisted Living in Algoma, Wisconsin, and to the many friends Pat made there over the past two and a half years.
