Patricia Ann Mahoney, 89, of Ocala, Florida, passed away Thursday, January 27, 2022, in Ocala. Born in White Plains, New York, Patricia moved to Ocala 30 years ago from Montrose, New York. She was a homemaker, and enjoyed bingo, tennis and the beach, especially her trips to Siesta Key.
Patricia loved her family. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 67 years, Joseph William Mahoney and one son, Thomas A. Mahoney. She is survived by eight children, several grandchildren and many, many great-grandchildren.
A visitation will be held Sunday, February 6, 2022, from 4-6 p.m. at Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services Timber Ridge Chapel. A funeral mass will be held Monday, February 7, 2022, at 8:30 a.m. at Queen of Peace Catholic Church in Ocala, with interment to follow at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, Florida.
