Patricia (Patty) Lynn McLean, loving mother, wife, and friend to many, passed away at the age
of 66 on Sunday, September 4th, 2022. Patty was born to Fern and Troy Parker on December
5th, 1955 in Chelan, WA. She is proceeded by her devoted husband of 38 years, Brian McLean;
daughter, Maranda McLean; son-in-law, Airon Lynch; and sister, Carol St. John, and her family.
A hard worker and committed member of the Okanogan County community, Patty wore many
hats throughout her life. From her many long-term jobs at Johnny AppleSeed, Max Tire, Vicky's
Beauty Salon, Bramer's Hardware, Avon, Walmart, caregiving with In Home Care and Omak
School District to name just a few. To her impassioned hobbies: Crafting, Gardening, running
Craft Bazaars, Thrifting, and a good yard sale. She was passionate about community
involvement during her 29 years with Faith Missionary Baptist Church of Okanogan and helped
manage the Omak Town Terrier's 4-H club for 10 years. Patty enjoyed traveling with her family,
whether to Bill Lamb's cabin at Crawfish Lake, or the annual family vacation to Newport, OR.
Patty was a strong woman and beloved mother. She was a thoughtful friend to Ellen Roberts,
Sue Brooks, Mary Blinsky, Mary Smith, Cheryl Phiffer, Sharon Reddick and Dorothy Kendall to
name only a few. Always warmhearted and welcoming to a good conversation, Patty will be
missed by all that were blessed enough to know her. Patty wishes everyone to know: "I'll see
you on the other side, I have three dogs waiting for me."
A graveside service will be held 1pm September 16th 2022 at the Okanogan City Cemetery.
A celebration of life will be taking place in Conconully, WA, details to be determined.
