Patricia A. Miller

Patricia A. Miller, a longtime resident of Mystic, Connecticut, passed away peacefully on March 14, 2026. She was the beloved daughter of the late Bertram Miller and Emily (Edwards) Miller. Patricia was born in London, England, and spent her younger childhood in Ramsgate, England while her father served in the British Navy during World War II. The family later returned to London, and eventually, Patricia made her way to the United States, where she resided permanently.

Patricia is survived by her children: Robert Rapson and his wife Young Sun of McLean, Virginia, and Jennifer (Rapson) Collings and her husband Fred of Ashaway, Rhode Island. Her grandchildren Colin T. Rapson, Evan J. Rapson and his wife Cherish, Hilary L. Collings (Chad Bauerle), and Weston K. Collings (Alexandra Hayes). Her great-grandson Levi G. Bauerle. As well as her good friend and companion, Robert Wood.

Patricia was preceded in death by her son, Samuel Neustein, and her sister, Marianne Thompson. Her memory will be cherished by all who knew and loved her.

A private graveside service will be scheduled. Family and friends will be invited to honor her legacy at that time. Further details will be shared with loved ones as arrangements are finalized.
