Patricia Moore Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Nelson-Berna Funeral Home & Crematory of Rogers on Feb. 16, 2026.
On Thursday, February 12, 2026, Patricia Walton Moore, known lovingly as Pat, passed away peacefully on her farm in Sulphur Springs at age 76. She was born in Corpus Christi, Texas on June 20, 1949, to Kelly Augusta and Nellie Beatrice Brint Walton. She is preceded in death by her parents and brother, Richard Stacy Walton.

Pat Moore was deeply committed to her faith in Jesus and fully devoted in her love for Bob throughout their 56 years of marriage. She never missed a moment to be present with her sons and their families. Pat was the epitome of southern charm and the perfect balance of grace and grit. She was a friend of everyone and no stranger to adventure: a world traveler, a scuba diver, a skier, a coach and referee, a loyal lifetime friend, a hiker, an herbalist and forager, a cook, a cattle midwife, a charismatic public figure and businesswoman, a farmer and mother hen to 48 chickens, a sharpshooter, an incredible storyteller, and most notably, a wife, mother, sister, friend, and Mimi who brought years of love and laughter to everyone around her. An honest to life tall-tale made true, Pat could and did do everything, except be properly described to the extent of her energy in such few paragraphs. She was a testimony of God's miracles, an ambassador of God's grace, and one who took advantage of every opportunity to tell of God's love and sacrifice for everyone.

Pat was cherished for her contagiously joyous laughter, headstrong nature, and loving devotion to her family, both blood-related and chosen through friendship. She is survived by her husband, Jason "Bob" Moore, their sons Jason and Topher, daughters-in-law Amy and Brittney, her sister Nena Walton Butler, her sister-in-law Kahlynn Walton, and her grandchildren Jake, Abbie, Esther, Graceyn, Lillian and Elijah.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, February 21, 2026, at Fellowship Bible Church, in Bentonville, Arkansas (1611 McCollum Road). Visitation with the family will begin at 10:00 am followed by the service at 11:00 am. A graveside ceremony will follow at Pinnacle Memorial Gardens in Rogers.

In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to Fellowship's Body Needs/ Benevolence Fund https://fellowshipnwa.org/give or Samaritan House https://www.samcc.org/donate, two local ministries very dear to Pat's heart.
