Patricia Renee Nelson, 38, of West Hartford, CT passed away on Saturday, February 5, 2022, in New Haven, CT. She was born on January 26, 1984, in Hartford, CT.
She is survived by her daughters, Divine and Latavia Nelson; mother, Elizabeth Nelson; brothers, Wesley Nelson, Robert Nelson, and Timothy Nelson; sister, Megan Nelson; grandmother, Catherine Lathrop; aunt and uncle, Kimberly and Sidney Cooper, Jr. She was preceded in death by her father, William Jeter and great-grandmother, Mary J. Patricia attended West Hartford Public Schools. In her adult years, she worked and was actively involved in church and volunteered often, she cooked and served food to seniors and children. Her passion for service was remarkable. Motherhood was an honor to her, she enjoyed quality moments with her two beautiful daughters. Her aura was calming, she was a giver and attentive to the needs of others, exactly who the world needs.
Family and friends felt comfortable and accepted in her presence, she encouraged people to embrace their individuality without fear of judgment. She had a great sense of humor and a passion for nature and cats. Patricia was a kind and gentle person. She will be missed dearly by family relatives and friends.
