Patricia Nelson Obituary
Patricia was born on November 16, 1941 in Amarillo, Texas. She was a Lockney Longhorn alumni. She married the love of her life Charles Nelson on November 22, 1965 in Crosbyton, Texas. They were married 59 wonderful years. Patricia was a loving mother and wonderful Memaw. She was a talented artist, whether it was painting or hooking rugs.
Patricia is survived by her husband, Charles Nelson. Her children, Tim and wife Leah Nelson and their children, Emma, Benjamin, and Samantha Nelson. Kana and husband Wes Laymon and son Casey. Her sister-in-law Stella and Bill Hughes, Dorothy Lancaster, Mary Jean Alexander, and many nieces and nephews. She will be missed by other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to American Cancer Society Hope Lodge Lubbock, Texas. 3511 10th St. Lubbock, TX 79415.
