Biography:
Born to Gen. Francis Okello and Mrs Rose Okello. Went to UNIFAT Primary School, Sacred Heart SS Gulu, Bombo Army School, Bishop Kihangire Luzira. Joined St Mary’s Kitende for A-level. Transferred to Old Kampala on health grounds.
Joined Makerere University and graduated with an Honours Degree in Environment Science in 2012.
Patricia was admitted to Nakasero Hospital, then referred to Nairobi Hospital where she passed on.
