Patricia (Patsy) Scruggs Fiongos entered her heavenly home Tuesday, February 3, 2026.
Visitation will be Wednesday, February 11, 2026, from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, with the funeral service beginning at 12:30 pm in the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow in Florence Cemetery.
She was preceded in death by her parents William Arnon Scruggs and Lorraine Grantham Oakman and her beloved husband Kosta (Gus) Fiongos.
She was born and raised in Jackson, MS, and attended Provine and Brandon schools. After graduation, she went to beauty school and became an instructor on the Mississippi Hair Team.
She later moved to Houston, TX, where she spent the majority of her life until losing her home in Hurricane Harvey. She then moved to Alabaster, AL, until her final days.
She is survived by her daughter, Angela Grant Gray; son, Nicholas (Lauren) Fiongos; special family member, Stephanie (Lee) White; grandchildren, Ashton Gray, Amelia and Cora Fiongos, and Sara Keen; sister, Barbara Morris of Brandon, MS; and nieces, Monica Barron and Tiffany Morris. Much appreciation to her faithful caregiver Connie Logwood.
Her love, humor and wit will be greatly missed.
