Patricia "Patty" Adkins Obituary
Patricia "Patty" Lynn Adkins, 56, of Fayetteville passed away on Saturday, September 27, 2025 at CAMC Memorial in Charleston, WV.
Born January 18, 1969 in Beckley, WV she was the daughter of Rebecca Fernandez Adkins and the late Joey Adkins.
Patty was a proud 1987 graduate from Fayetteville High School and worked as a EMT for General Ambulance. In her leisure she enjoyed fishing, her animals especially the ones she would rescue, some even called her the animal whisperer as she loved all animals and most of all she loved spending time with her family.
She is preceded in death by her father, Joey Adkins.
Those left to cherish her wonderful memory include her loving mother, Rebecca Fernandez Adkins; sister, Teresa Adkins Larson (Steve) of Patterson, NC; brother, Kenneth Adkins (Kelly) of Scarbro, WV; nephew, Wyatt Adkins and fiancé Tesla Smith; nieces, Madison Adkins and Kayanna Larson; and great niece, Kate Adkins.
In keeping with her wishes she will be cremated and a celebration of Patty's life will be 12:00 Noon on Saturday, October 4, 2025 at Tyree Funeral Home Chapel in Oak Hill.
Visitation for friends will be one hour prior to service at the funeral home in Oak Hill on Saturday, October 4, 2025
