Patricia Ann Hodge, 83, of Appomattox, VA, passed away Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at her daughter’s home.
Born in Indian Head, MD, on November 6, 1942, she was the daughter of the late Carrie Warren and Richard Pearson. She is also preceded in death by her husbands, Paul Simmons and Gerald Hodge; three children, Paul Simmons, Becky Simmons, and Steve Hodge; and eight siblings, Robert “Butch” Pearson, Richard Pearson, Martin “Marty” Pearson, Steve Pearson, Gladys Hall, Evelyn Taylor, Doris Simmons, and Pansy Pearson.
She is survived by one daughter, Gerrie Hodge and husband, Daniel O’Dell; one stepdaughter, Sherald Reagle; one stepson, Michael Hodge and wife, Jeanine; one daughter-in-law, Peggy Lorene Eagle; and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and cousins.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held from 2 to 4 pm, Saturday, April 4, 2026, at Oakville Ruritan Building, 181 Piney Mountain Road, Appomattox, VA, 24522.
