Patricia M. Perez, age 47, late of Chicago, IL., passed away on January 23, 2024. She was born on February 23, 1976, and left an indelible mark on the hearts of those who had the privilege of knowing her. Patricia's warm presence and kind nature will be deeply missed by all who loved her.
Patricia's memory lives on through her surviving family and friends. She was the beloved wife of Francisco Pacheco and the loving mother of Michael Pacheco, Javier Pacheco, Tatiana Pacheco, and Crystal Pacheco. Patricia was also the precious daughter of Jesus y Amparo Perez; her parents must find strength during this difficult time. She leaves behind caring siblings Norma Perez, Jesus Perez, Sally Perez, Julio Perez, and Yesenia Perez. Patricia was a dear aunt to numerous nieces and nephews, who will forever cherish the love and guidance she provided.
Patricia M. Perez was a beacon of light in the lives of those who had the honor of knowing her. Her kindness, compassion, and selflessness touched the hearts of everyone she encountered. She had a unique ability to make people feel loved, valued, and heard. Patricia's unwavering support and endless generosity will be remembered as her most enduring qualities.

Fue la amada esposa de Francisco Pacheco y la amorosa madre de Michael Pacheco, Javier Pacheco, Tatiana Pacheco y Crystal Pacheco. Patricia tambin era la preciosa hija de Jess y Amparo Prez; sus padres deben encontrar fuerzas durante este difcil momento. Deja atrs a sus cariosos hermanos Norma Prez, Jess Prez, Sally Prez, Julio Prez y Yesenia Prez. Patricia era una ta querida para numerosas sobrinas y sobrinos, quienes siempre apreciarn el amor y la orientacin que brind.
Patricia M. Prez fue un faro de luz en la vida de quienes tuvieron el honor de conocerla. Su amabilidad, compasin y abnegacin conmovieron los corazones de todas las personas con las que se encontr. Tena una habilidad nica para hacer que las personas se sintieran amadas, valoradas y escuchadas.
