Patricia Marie Primack

Patricia Marie Primack, age 78 of Jackson Township, passed away peacefully Monday, May 5, 2025 at the Cleveland Clinic following a brief illness.
She was born March 7, 1947, in Chicago, IL, the daughter of the late Joseph and Frances (Kosar) Ruzak.
Patricia retired from Jackson Township zoning department, where she worked for 41 years.
Patricia is survived by two sons whom she loved dearly, Joel (Tami) Primack, II, and Brian Primack; sister, JoAnn Koscik; four grandchildren, Anne (Austin) Hill, Meghan (Lucus) Lumm, Jack Primack, and Ben Primack; great-grandchildren, Madden and Scheffler Lumm, Isla and baby Hill; nephew, Steve (Maria) Koscik & family.
She was preceded in death by her niece, Susan Koscik and most recently, her grand-dog, Boom.
Patricia will be remembered for her unwavering love of family and a deep commitment to those she cared about. She found her greatest happiness spending time outdoors gardening, playing with the babies and a "little bit" of wine while watching sports and movies. Above all, Patricia loved her family more than anything. Her legacy will live on in each of them.
In accordance with her wishes, no services will be held. A celebration of life may take place at a later date. Those wishing to honor her memory, are encouraged to make a donation to Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation 26 Broadway - 14th Floor, New York, NY 10004, or Stark County Humane Society P. O. Box 7077, Canton, Ohio 44705, two causes close to Patricia's heart.
