What a life Pat led, from the day she was born on February 14, 1950, in Hennepin County the daughter of Arthur and Maryann Quiram, to the day she departed from us on November 17, 2024. Pat's life was filled with an unwavering love for Jesus and a profound faith in her Lord and Savior. Her words often echoed her heart, "you just have to give it to God." She was a dedicated member of her church, always ready to lend a hand wherever needed, whether it was volunteering at local events or going on mission trips to help those in need.
Pat fixed and filled slot machines, drove school bus and worked at Walmart for many years. She had a knack for making connections with everyone she met. Whether it was through her work, her volunteer activities, or just out and about in the community, she never met a stranger. She had a special place in her heart for children, always eager to help with the youth programs at her church. And let's not forget her beloved pets - they were truly her fur babies.
In her later years, Pat faced the challenges of dementia and Alzheimer's with grace, surrounded by the love and support of her church family, friends, and community. As difficult as those times were, her spirit remained strong, and her faith never wavered.
As we reflect on Pat's life, we remember her contagious smile, her zest for life, and her unwavering faith. She lived by the motto "Life is too short not to have fun," and she certainly made the most of her time here on earth.
Please join us in celebrating Pat's life at her funeral service on November 26, 2024, at 1:30 PM at New Life Christian Church in Alexandria, MN. Let's honor her memory, share stories, and find comfort in knowing that she is now at peace, reunited with her Lord and Savior. Pat may be gone from this world, but her spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
