Patricia A. Roche, 81, a long time Wakefield resident, died at her home on Saturday, February 8. Born in Boston on December 1, 1932, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Josephine Roarke. Mrs. Roche was raised in Stoneham, had attended St. Patrick School and was a graduate of Stoneham High School. A Wakefield resident since 1968, she had been a member of St. Florence Parish. Mrs. Roche was a retired Keypunch Operator for the Analogic Corporation in Peabody. Mrs. Roche was the wife of the late Robert E. Roche. She was the mother of Charles W. Roche and his wife Mary Lou of Wakefield, Patricia Ann Karmelowicz and her husband Anthony of Methuen and the late William F. Roche. She was the grandmother of Kelsey, Cherie and Whitney Roche and Brandon and Amanda Karmelowicz. Her funeral will be held from the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave Wakefield, on Friday at 9:00 A.M. followed by a funeral mass in St. Florence Church, 47 Butler Ave., Wakefield at 10 o'clock. Visitation for relatives and friends will be held at the funeral home on Thursday from 4 – 8 P.M. Interment will be at Forest Glade Cemetery, Wakefield.
