Patricia Carlyne Scribner, age 59, a resident of Columbia, passed away on Thursday, October 10, 2024, at her residence.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 17, 2024, at 4:00 PM at Heritage Funeral Home with Pastor James Maddox officiating. A visitation will also be held on Thursday, from 2:00 – 4:00 PM at the funeral home. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
Born on June 9, 1965, in Maury County, Tennessee, Patricia was the daughter of the late William Leroy and Sandra Joyce Conner Watson. She worked over ten years as a bus driver for the Maury County Public School System. Patricia enjoyed watching TV, playing games on her phone, and indulging in online shopping. She also had a passion for cooking and loved assisting her sister at shows where they sold homemade fudge. Above all, Patricia cherished her family, especially her beloved grandchildren and her very special great-granddaughter.
She is survived by her children, Michael Goins of Indiana, Carla (Ricky) Taylor of Spring Hill, TN, sisters, Anita Watson of Columbia, TN, Betty (Sammy) Lail of Arkansas, grandchildren, Katelynn (Danniel Bass) Taylor, Hope Taylor, Cole Taylor, Landon Goins, Laken Goins, Bryson Goins, Brantley Goins, great granddaughter, Ryleigh Bass, aunt, Cindy Crigger, nephews, Jake (Eli) Usher, nieces, Paige Tomlinson, Charlotte Moyer, Angie (Keith) Tilghman, and great nephew, Jack Usher.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Butch Watson on January 6, 2022.
