Patricia Ann Shreve, 85, of Carrollton, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Sunday, October 5, 2025. She was born on December 23, 1939, the daughter of the late H.E. Karr and Velma Karr.
Patricia dedicated many years to her career in daycare, nurturing and guiding countless children. Beyond her professional life, Patricia found great joy in quilting, and creating beautiful pieces for her family. Additionally, she had a love for gardening. Patricia cherished her time singing in the choir. Walking was another one of Patricia's favored activities.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Charles W. Shreve; nine brothers and sisters.
She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Merv and Margie Shreve of Villa Rica and Steve and Tammy Shreve of Covington; grandchildren, Tiffany Shreve, Joshua Shreve (Teiyona), Jacob Shreve, Candy Boyd (Brandon), Josephy Kee (Jennifer), and Crissy McDuffie (Ben); great-grandchildren, Jackson, Payton, Carsyn, Mason, Gracyn, Aubree, Avery, Andi Jo, Madelyn, and Silas; numerous nieces and nephews.
In accordance with her wishes, she was cremated.
