Patricia Ann Soto passed away peacefully on Monday, May 19th, in Fillmore, CA. Patty was born in Fallon, Nevada, on February 23rd, 1960, to Joe and Bonnie Farrell. The family moved to Camarillo, CA, in 1972, where she attended Monte Vista Junior High and Rio Mesa High School. She held many fond memories of her upbringing in Navy housing. On March 11th, 1995, Patty married her life's love, John Soto, and moved to Fillmore and made it her home. Patty worked as a tax preparer and accountant for businesses in the area.
Patty was preceded in death by her son, David Soto. Patricia leaves behind her husband, John Soto. Sons Shaun (Audrey) Federmeyer and Daniel (Stacie) Soto. Daughters Casey (Luis) Jaquez and Lea (Randy) Kohberger. Grandma to Audrey, Lia, Bonnie, Millie, Marci, Serena, Anthony, Steven, Matthew, and David. Parents Joe and Bonnie Farrell. Brother Terry (Barbara) Farrell. Sisters Cathy (Tom) Glenn, Karen Gonzalez , and Kris (Chris) McCarthy. Many nieces and nephews.
Patty loved pets and would bring strays home whenever she was able. Friendly and outgoing, she made friends wherever she went. Pat loved to dance anytime the opportunity came up; she joined in and showed her skills. One of her favorite things to do was go to the casino; we all enjoyed those trips with her. Most of all, she loved her children and grandchildren and was so proud of each and every one of them. Love you forever, Patty! We will miss your smile and laugh. You will forever be in our hearts.
