Patricia Joan Vanlue, 100 of Mishawaka, IN., passed away at 3:32 p.m. Monday, January 12, 2026 at Ernestine M. Raclin House in Mishawaka.

Patricia was born on November 1, 1925 in Mishawaka, IN., to Charles and Margaret (Gehl) Kline.

Patricia married Dewey F. Vanlue on November 26, 1949 at Holy Family Catholic Church in South Bend.

Dewey preceded Patricia in death on July 20, 2014. Patricia was also preceded in death by her parents, two daughters; Kathleen "Kathy" Grubbs and Pam Bice, and a son, Stephen Vanlue, and a grandson, Charles Vanlue and her sisters, Carol Zaremka, and Maryann Cooreman, and her brothers, Bill Kline, Roland Kline, Pete Kline, and Grover Kline.

Patricia is survived by her children; Margo Skeels, Richard Vanlue, Charles (Tammy) Vanlue and Christopher (Tammy) Vanlue along with many grandchildren, many great grandchildren and many great great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Her sisters; Ramona Maxwell and Thelma James and her brother, Mike Kline.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be on Saturday, January 24 at 12:00 p.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 225 South Mill Street, Mishawaka where visitation will be held from 10:30 a.m. until Mass time at 12:00 p.m. Father Christopher Lapp will officiate the services.

Burial will take place on Monday, January 26 at 10:00 a.m. at Fairview Cemetery in Mishawaka.

Palmer Funeral Home – Bubb Chapel, 3910 N. Main Street, Mishawaka is assisting the family.
