Patricia Woyak Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Shuda Funeral Chapel - Stevens Point on Jan. 14, 2025.
Patricia Mary Woyak, of Mosinee, joined Jesus in Heaven on January 9, 2025, while in the comfort of her own home, at the age of 79.
Patricia was born March 5, 1945 in Stevens Point, WI; daughter of the late Anton and Veronica (Piotrowski) Kosobucki. Patricia was the youngest of 13 children.
On October 17, 1964, Patricia married Joseph Carl Woyak. The two recently celebrated their 60th Wedding Anniversary. Patricia and Joseph both lived in Wisconsin their entire lives; Joseph, age 81, continues to reside in Mosinee with their youngest son.
Patricia lived to serve others. She always focused on putting others first, even making them the center of conversation. Patricia loved to visit and make those around her feel important. After all, to Patricia, they were important to her and to Jesus. Now, Patricia is visiting with those who have greeted her in Heaven. We know she is praying for us here on Earth that strive to join her Heaven when Jesus calls each of us Home.
Patricia is lovingly survived by her husband, Joseph; three of their four sons, Anthony Thaddeus (Tammy) Woyak (age 58), John Patrick (Cara) Woyak (age 54), and Thomas Abraham (Chasity) Woyak (age 52); as well as the 10 grandchildren; Carissa, Justin, Kyleigh, Brigham, Ethan, Selena, Demitri, Annalee, Josh, Johnathon, and 7 great-grandchildren; Noah, Cayson, Aaliyah, Greyson, Enna, Chase, and Skylar. Patricia was truly blessed. She is further survived by a sister, Antoinette Hancock (age 87).
Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, Anton and Veronica; and a son, Matthew Joseph Woyak who went to Heaven in 2023, at the age of 54.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, January 24, 2025, at St. Joseph Catholic Church - 1709 Wyatt Avenue, Stevens Point. Friends and family are invited to gather and share memories at the church from 9:00 AM until the time of service. Burial will follow at Guardian Angel Cemetery in Stevens Point.
Shuda Funeral Chapel is honored to be assisting the family.
