Auburn - Patricia E. Zahner, 90, passed away Wednesday, January 7, 2026, at her home in Auburn.
She was born March 19, 1935, in Nappanee, Indiana, to Loren W. and Edna "Berline" (Weygand) Lutes.
Patricia married Eugene E. Zahner on May 19, 1957, in Nappanee, and he passed away on February 19, 2017.
She was a homemaker and was a member of the DeKalb County Extension Homemakers Club.
Patricia was a member of the County Line Church of God in rural Auburn.
Surviving are three children and their spouses, Craig E. and Mona Zahner of Garrett, Beverly J. and William Pazder Ft. Wayne, and Regina L. and Glenn Roon III of Auburn; eight grandchildren, Eric Pazder, Jared Pazder, Corey Zahner, Chelsea Zahner, Jesse Zahner, Jacquelyne Zahner, Aubrey Zahner and Glenn Roon IV; four great grandchildren; and her caregiver, Deidri Chorpenning.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and husband.
Services will take place at 2 p.m. Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at Feller and Clark Funeral Home, 1860 Center St., Auburn, with visitation from 1 – 2 p.m. prior to the service Tuesday at the funeral home.
Burial will take place at Woodlawn Cemetery in Auburn.
Visitation will be from 4 – 6 p.m. Monday, January 12, 2026, at the funeral home.
Memorials may be directed to DeKalb County Extension Homemakers Club or the 60's Plus Club in care of County Line Church of God.

As we leave for coffee at church this morning we are missing our angel who would always be with us. We loved Pat and we will forever remember her on our Thursday trips to church. She was such a grand lady. Always kind and loving. Rest in peace Pat. You will be missed. Our condolences to each and every one of you. You lost a wonderful Mom and Grandma.
