Patrick Thomas Bohm

Patrick Thomas Bohm, age 23, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday October 11, 2025, in Shawano County. Patrick was born on June 13, 2002, in Green Bay. He is the son of Steve and Molly (Martin) Bohm. Patrick graduated from Shawano High School in 2021. He was a man's man; he worked in construction for Boldt and loved his trucks. In his free time, he enjoyed golfing, shooting darts, and fishing. More than anything he loved spending time with his daughter Oaklynn, seeing and playing with his nieces and nephews, and spending time with his family and friends.

Patrick is survived by his daughter, Oaklynn; his parents, Steve and Molly; siblings, Brittney (Andrew) Dillenburg, Jennifer (Kraig) Knaup, Kylie Bohm and Isaiah Bohm; nieces and nephews, Brynlee, Charles, Allison, Mya, Chloe and Kaden; mother of his daughter, Emily Schertz; grandparents, Arlene Martin and Roger and Nancy Bohm; close friend, Logan Duchac; aunts and uncles, Michael and Tanya Martin, Jeff and Annette Bohm, and Mike and Heather Bohm; and numerous cousins and friends. He is further survived by Mike and Laurie Johnson, Emilee (Ben) Bystol, Erik (Bella) Johnson, Tom Johnson and the rest of the Johnson family.

Patrick is preceded in death by a sister, Elizabeth and grandpa, Pat "Papa Pat" Martin.

A funeral service for Patrick will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday October 18, 2025, at Swedberg Funeral Home in Shawano with Richard Menning officiating. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Friday October 17, 2025, from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm then again on Saturday from 9:30 am until the time of the service. In honor of Patrick's love for golf, his family encourages golf attire at Patrick's services. Memorials may be directed to Patrick's family for Patrick's daughter, Oaklynn.
