Yesterday

Patrick was truly one of the kindest and most genuine people I have ever known. He was always so thoughtful, so warm, and so full of joy. Being around him just made people feel good.

One of our favorite memories is when he asked us to be there for his proposal to Mary. He put so much care into every detail because he wanted it to be perfect for her. I remember how excited he was and how nervous he felt, and it was so clear that everything he was doing came from a place of deep love.

I have known Mary since high school and we went through law school together. We have grown up side by side, and when she met Patrick, I could immediately see that he was the love of her life. The way they loved each other was something truly special.

Our hearts are broken for Mary and their son Teddy, as well as for Alan and the entire Armstrong and Ferguson families. We are still trying to process this loss and are holding all of you close in our thoughts.

Patrick will always be remembered for his kindness, his warmth, and the love he gave so freely. He will be deeply missed.

With love,
Rachel & Cory Thomison
