Patrick “Pat” Forbes, age 69, of Manasquan, New Jersey, passed away peacefully on October 28, 2025.
Pat spent many dedicated years working at Michael Sullivan’s Service Center in Manasquan, where he was known for his strong work ethic, loyalty, and easygoing spirit. He was an avid fisherman who found joy and peace on the water, and he was a proud member of the Manasquan Elks, where he formed countless lifelong friendships.
Pat is survived by his loving sons, Kelsey Forbes and Colin Forbes; his stepson, Corey Pullman; and his siblings, John Forbes, Mary Forbes, and Donald Forbes. He is predeceased by his parents Donald and Theresa Forbes, as well as his sister JoAnn and brother Michael, and is also survived by many beloved nieces and nephews. He will also be deeply missed by many dear friends who loved him like family.
Those who knew Pat will remember him for his warmth, humor, and generous heart. He had a way of making everyone feel welcome and valued, and his presence brought light to every room.
Pat’s legacy will live on in the love he shared and the memories he leaves behind. He will be forever cherished and never forgotten.
Services will be private. A celebration of Life gathering to be announced at a later date.
