Ford, Buffalo, NY, Kathryn M. Ford, Lancaster, NY, Elizabeth F. (Michael) Fitzgibbons, Minneapolis, MN, Christopher M. Ford, Ft. Lauderdale, Margaret M. Latona, Buffalo, NY and Mary K. (Robert) McIntyre, Florham Park, NJ. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Friends and family may visit Sunday, April 27th from 2-7PM at the JAMES W. CANNAN FUNERAL HOME INC., 3155 Orchard Park Rd. (716) 675-9027. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday, April 28th at 9:30AM at St. Teresa's RC Church, 1974 Seneca St., Buffalo, NY 14210. Patty Ford was an icon and a gentleman. I moved to nyc in early 2001 and worked at the Grill always amazed by his stage presence and humor. My first Thanksgiving in the city I was without family there and Patrick invited me and a few other `orphans´ to his home for one of the most memorable dinners I´ve ever had in my life. His kindness and humanity were legendary. New York´s best bartender will be missed!

No matter what I was going to do in NYC it always entailed a visit with Patty. The fake phone at the end of the bar was classic. This guy entertained the world. I´m sure you´re entertaining your loved ones and St. Peter. RIP Patty....DD

I knew Patrick for over 20 years, and he was always a cool and kind person. He had a way of making everyone smile. My thoughts are with his family during this difficult time. He will be missed.
