Patrick Duane Gillispie, the youngest son of the late Harold and Lessie Gillispie, leaves behind five siblings: Lennie Gillispie (Kim), Harolyn Gillispie, Reginald Gillispie (Valerie), Sharon Parrish (Late Charles Parrish) and Veleta Roberts (Jacques) and Aunt Betty Monroe. Many nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
Patrick was a student at Williston school system and Santa Fe College where he obtained his degree as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Patrick worked as a Certified Pharmacy Technician at Shands and the Malcom Randall VAMC.
Patrick spent his spare time volunteering; he donated to many charitable organizations. He loved animals. He enjoyed watching sports – football, golf, formula one racing, and hockey.
Patrick was a kind-hearted gentle man, who loved the Lord. He would say or send verses from the Bible to uplift you – to brighten your day.
The family would like to acknowledge and thank all the family and friends for their kindness, prayers, phone calls, and offers of support during this difficult time.
