Pat always made us laugh and smile. Besides being a gifted percussionist, he energized all of us who were in the Lee High School Band, always upbeat and entertaining us with his charm and wit. He would lead the bus in song on the way to football games. Usually with a "Top Ten" medley. Everyone loved him.

I met Pat in 1966 at Nimitz Junior High School and he was a blast to be around. He had a great sense of humor and an even greater sense of rhythm. Later on, after we graduated from Lee, Pat quickly taught himself guitar and became quite accomplished accomplished. He was a natural musician. When he formed his band Jasmine I got to see one of the early shows and was impressed to see him fronting the band and not behind a drum kit. I'm glad Pat was part of my life when we were all beginning to learn what life was about. Play on Pat and know you will be missed!
