Patrick (Pat) Kelly, age 76, of White Pine, TN. Patrick was a loving husband, amazing father, and grandfather. Went peacefully to his heavenly home on March 02, 2025. He was surrounded by his loved ones at his home. Pat was born in 1948 in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan to Earl Kelly and Mary Elliott. After serving his country in the US Navy, he retired from General Motors. He then continued serving by working an retiring as a Correctional Officer with Jefferson County Sheriffs Department. Pat enjoyed his retirement traveling with his wife, playing cards, and watching movies with a cat on his lap. Pat lived a full and vibrant life with a smile on his face and joy of life. Although he is no longer with us, he will live on in hearts of his family, friends, and all those whose lives he touched. Preceded in death by his father Earl Kelly and his Mother Mary Elliott Kelly. He is survived by his loving wife Eve Rogers Kelly, his brothers Michael Kelly (wife – Fran Kelly) and Fred Kelly (wife – Diane Kelly). His daughters, Rachel Kelly Chavez, and Carrie Kelly Cox (husband – Robert Cox), grandson’s Mason Cox, Aiden Chavez, and Aaron Chavez. His stepdaughters Christina Faust (husband – Wes Faust), Lori Stephens (husband – Mike Stephens), and Amber Gilliam (husband – Anthony Gilliam). Special friends Dave Shropshire (wife – Kendra Shropshire). The family will receive friends on Saturday, March 8, 2025 at Farrar Funeral home in Dandridge from 12-2pm. A funeral Service will follow at 2:00pm with G.W. “Bud” McCoig giving the eulogy. In-lieu of flowers, the family asks that you support Pat’s love of cats by donating to his favorite non-profit charity: Catillacranchsanctuary.org at 2578 GW Loy Rd. New Market, TN 37820
The family would like to give a special thanks to Gentiva Hospice for their help with Pat’s passing and to stepdaughter Lori Stephens who came over to stay to help his family and loved ones with is medical care while he was in hospice care.
