Jennings: Mr. Patrick Miller, 75, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, April 15, 2023. Patrick was a proud Army Veteran, enjoyed being outdoors, working in his yard, cutting his grass, and spending time with his grandchildren.
Patrick is survived by one son, Jeremiah Sean Miller (Tara) of Jennings, and one daughter Jerika Lyn Glenn (Daniel) of Mermentau Cove; four grandchildren, Taylor Miller, Chase Schexnayder, MalloryGlenn, Daniel Glenn, Jr.
Patrick is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Peggy Benoit Miller; his father, Alfin Miller, and his mother Elvina Pousson Miller; his twin brother, Preston Miller; brother, Larry Miller, Sr; and two sisters, Catherine Courville and Henrietta Miller.
A Mass of Christian Burial for Patrick Miller, 75 of Jennings, LA will be held at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Mermentau, LA on Monday April 17, 2023, at 2:00 PM with Father Andrew Schumacher officiating. Burial will follow his Mass with Full Military Rites in Istre Cemetery. Those chosen to honor Patrick as his pallbearers will be Leonard Cloud, Sr., Tod Courville, Taylor Miller, T-Lakes Miller, Bennett Guidry, II, and Bennett Guidry, III.
The Family of Mr. Patrick Miller will start accepting visitors at 9:00 AM Monday April 17, 2023, at Matthews & Son Funeral Home in Jennings, LA and will continue to do so until the time of his Funeral Mass.
The family of Mr. Patrick Miller would like to express a very special Thank you to the entire Staff of the Southwest Louisiana War Veterans Home in Jennings, LA for their compassionate care and dedication to their father in his time of need.
