Patrick Joseph Roohan

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Patrick Joseph Roohan of Barefoot Bay, Florida. He passed away surrounded by devoted family on March 23,2025. Patrick was born on November 28th, 1948, in New York, New York. He was a proud and dedicated serviceman, having served in the US Navy from April 1967 to February 1981. His commitment to his country was a testament to his character and values.
On July 16th, 1982, Patrick married Janice Kleeberger (Bauer), and together they built a loving family. He was a man with a caring and giving heart, always ready to lend a hand and offer support to those in need.
Patrcik is survived by his children, Robert and Renee Kleeberger, David and Michele Kleeberger, and Donald and Cheryl Kleeberger. His grandchildren, Robert and Sam, Adam and Jocelyn, Brittany and Huberto, Riley, Justin, Hunter, Kensington, and Britynn, brought immense joy to his life. He also leaves behind eight great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He is also survived by his siblings, Maureen Boyle, Richie and Sheila Roohan, Paul Roohan, Mike and Doreen Roohan, and Kathy and Todd Macdonald.
Patrick was preceded in death by his parents, Patrick Roohan and Lillian Murphy, his beloved and most cherished wife Janice, his brother Pete, sister-in-law Mary, and great-grandson Braydon.
Patrick's legacy of love, service, and generosity will be remembered by all who knew him. His memory will live on in the hearts of his family and friends, and his spirit will continue to inspire those who were fortunate enough to be part of his life.
