Mr. Patrick E. "Pat" Rowland

Mr. Patrick E. "Pat" Rowland, 64, of Augusta, GA, husband of the late Donna Kay Boatwright Rowland, entered into rest on Saturday, afternoon, January 3, 2026.
Born and raised in Lincolnton, GA, the son of Mel Coker Rourk and the late Walker Rowland, he relocated to Augusta, GA, over forty years ago.
Pat believed in providing for his family and had a work ethic that was second to none. He was the owner and operator of Rowlands Floor Covering until declining health forced him into early retirement.
Pat enjoyed watching television, NASCAR racing (he was an avid Dale Sr. fan), gardening (he was known for his "green thumb"), and collecting various things.
Along with his mother, Pat is loved and will be missed by his children, Patrick D. Rowland, Lori (Josh) James, and Ali (Michael) Simmons, siblings, Tommy (Christie) Rowland, Lynn Rowland, and Jenny Verner, grandchildren, Lathan Rowland, Stella Kay James, Dawson Simmons, and Rowland Simmons, as well as other family members.
The family will greet friends on Thursday, January 8, 2026, beginning at noon at Hatcher Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 3464 Jefferson Davis Highway, Graniteville, SC. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Thursday, January 8, 2026, at 1 o'clock at Hatcher Funeral Home and Cremation Service. The service will be officiated by Greg Gibb. Interment will follow in Langley Cemetery, Langley, SC. Pallbearers will be Josh James, Patrick Rowland,,Michael Simmons and Dawson Simmons.
