Patrick A. Trickett

Patrick A. Trickett, age 88 of Louisville, OH passed away Tuesday, December 30, 2025. He was born January 27, 1937 in Gaithersburg, MD to the late Carl and Gladys (Miller) Trickett.

Patrick was a 1954 graduate of Morgantown High School in West Virginia. He was an Army veteran and retired from the Ford Motor Company. Patrick was a member of First Baptist Church in Louisville and of the UAW. He graduated from the Moody Bible Institute in 1978. He belonged to the Dulcimore Group of Salem and enjoyed volunteering for Habitat for Humanity.

Patrick was preceded in death by his wife Shirley Trickett in 2024; a daughter, Karen Trickett; his sister, Mary Brock; two brothers, Marvin and David Trickett and a step-son, Danny Crawford. He is survived by two daughters, Kathryn Trickett and Karla Whyel; his son, Patrick Trickett, JR; two step-daughters, Cheryl Crawford and Kathryn Buck; step-son David (Patty) Crawford; 6 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 11am Monday (1/5) at Stier-Israel Funeral Home in Louisville, OH with Ron Mayberry officiating. Calling hours will be 10-11am Monday morning at the funeral home. Patrick will be laid to rest, beside his wife, in Union Cemetery, Louisville, OH. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to your local Habitat for Humanity.
