In Loving Memory of Patsy Lynn Saylor Acosta
Patsy Acosta was born on August 20, 1955 in Sylvester, GA. She passed peacefully after a brief
illness.
She was an energetic high school majorette. She used her vibrant personality working in the Tourism industry in St. Augustine, FL for several years. Afterwards, she owned and operated her own business. She was known for her love of antique shopping, plants, and love of good music. She was always supportive of her three children, frequently going on family vacations to the mountains and beach.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 35 years Clayton Acosta, son Easton Acosta, both from St. Augustine, FL, her mother and father, Clyde and Melvina Saylor, her sister Gail Saylor Purvis, her sister Peggy Saylor Lamb, and her brother in law LaWayne Cone.
She is survived by daughter Amber Acosta, son Cullen Acosta (Fawn), stepson Clayton Acosta, and two grandchildren, Baedan James Acosta Canfield and Selah Acosta. She is also survived by Faye Saylor Cone, Norma Saylor Brown (Mike), and Terry Saylor (Rhonda). Other loved ones include Page Peeler (Michael), many nieces, nephews, and cousins and friends Joan Hunt, George Singleton, and Ann Duren.
A memorial service will be held on January 18, 2025 at 284 Pine Hill Rd, Ty Ty, GA 31795 from 2-4 pm.
