Patsy Lee Ballew

Patsy Lee (Kimbrough) Ballew passed away on Monday, December 16th, 2024. She was born in Marlow, OK, on September 26, 1938, to James Clyde and Blanche Eloise (Kitchens) Kimbrough. The family later moved to Oklahoma City, and she graduated from U.S. Grant High School.
After high school, she married the love of her life, Gerald "Ray" Ballew. The two enjoyed many wonderful years together. Though she worked several jobs in her life, her primary roles were devoted wife, loving mother, and constant encourager. She helped to make Ray's dreams become reality. She organized, planned, sewed, sang, shopped, and cared for their family, so that he could teach music and produce shows.
Patsy is preceded in death by her husband, Ray, and her parents.
She is survived by her daughters, Rene' Pyron [Joel] and Becki Miller [Mitchell]. She is also survived by grandchildren, Chelsea, Michael, Zachary, Brianna, and Matthew, and great-granddaughters Adele and Olivia; brother Jimmy Kimbrough; and other extended family.
Graveside services are scheduled for Thursday, December 19th, at 12pm, at the Blanchard Cemetery.
A celebration of life service for Patsy is being planned for a later date. An announcement with details will be coming soon.
