Patsy G. Clark

Patsy Morris Clark, 91, died in her sleep on July 10th, 2024.
Funeral is 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, July 16th, 2024 at Hawkins Funeral Home in Decatur. Family will receive friends 6-8:00 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Ben McAnally will officiate.
Patsy was born December 21st, 1932 to Cyrus Calvin and Nanny (Greer) Morris in Wichita Falls, Texas. She was united in marriage in December of 1949 to J.W. Clark in Rossville, Georgia. Patsy was a homemaker who loved reading and spending time with family. She was a beloved, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend to many who will miss her dearly.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Cyrus and Nanny Morris; her husband, James Walter Clark; brothers, Calvin and Virgil Morris; her sisters, Eloise Holder, Wanda Mattingly, Genita Lewis, and Linda Friend; 2 grandchildren, Joshua Clark and Natalee Funderburg.
Patsy is survived by her sons, Stephen and John Clark; her daughter, Loretta Clark; 2 sisters, Doris Evans and Shirley Ervin; 1 brother, Jerry Morris; 5 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren; 8 great-great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
