Mrs. Patsy Williams Dyches, age 64, entered into rest on Saturday, October 18, 2025 at her home. In accordance with Mrs. Patsy’s wishes, the family will celebrate her life privately at a later date. The family does welcome anyone who would like to pay their respects to visit them at Mrs. Patsy’s home.
Mrs. Dyches was born in Chesterfield, SC the daughter of the late Willis and Sweetie Lee Boan Williams. Patsy had a heart for service as she was the first and longest tenured volunteer at the Chesterfield Food Bank. Patsy was a loving homemaker and caretaker. She had a love and talent for feeding her family. Her coconut balls were a favorite dessert at family dinners. Patsy also loved flowers and she spent many days working in her garden.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Dyches was preceded in death by her siblings, Sarah Williams Brock, Peggy Magdeline Kreider, and Jack Williams.
Survivors include her children, Trina Dyches of Chesterfield, SC, Marsha (Robert Snipes) Wallace of Jefferson, SC, Josh Dyches of Chesterfield, SC, Kayla Dyches of Chesterfield, SC; father of her children, Marshall Dyches of Chesterfield, SC; brother, Jr. Williams of Ruby, SC; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to McLeod Hospice, McLeod Health Foundation, PO Box 100551, Florence, SC 29502.
