Patsy “Pat” Lankford
Patsy “Pat” Lankford was born in Jacksonville, Florida on June 10, 1941 and lived in Fort Pierce, Florida since the age of 9. She got her angel wings on April 16, 2025.
She loved taking special care of her plants, playing board games and going to Bingo. She also loved looking for treasures at yard sales. She loved anything that sparkled.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward Peterson, Sr. and Janie, her son, Chuck Cornelius and her sister, Libby Wilder.
Survivors include her children, Barbara Cornelius (Jeff Dovinsky), Janie (Arthur Lee) Spells, Jason Cornelius; grandchildren, Brittany Shoun, Cheyenne Spells and Chase Spells all of Fort Pierce, FL; great-grandchildren, Clarence, Hailey, and Bellamy Spivey, Little Joey Neargarder all of Fort Pierce, FL; five other grandchildren; brothers, Edward Peterson, Jr. of Anchorage, Alaska and Marvin Peterson of Fort Pierce, FL.
She will be truly missed and will be forever in our hearts!
An inurnment will take place on Friday, May 9, 2025 at 11:00 AM at White City Cemetery.
