Mrs. Patsy Jo Netecke was born October 20, 1947 in Beckville, Texas. She passed this life peacefully November 20, 2023 in Liberty City, Texas. She was one of three children born to the marriage of Fred Neal and Willie Belle Willis Barton. She was raised and schooled in Beckville, Texas graduating with the Bearcat class of 1966.
Patsy worked for Barton Glass many years and KYKX Radio Station until her retirement. She was a loving mother raising two daughters. She loved time with grandchildren and family and was an avid Elvis Presley fan. She is preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Billy Fred Barton.
Patsy Jo was survived by her loving daughters, Shelly Bell and (Chris Hauser), Jessica Netecke and (Joseph Medford); sister, Cora Sue Moore; grandchildren, Jacob Lilly, Jordan Turner, and Jerrika Medford; numerous nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
