Patsy Joan Proctor

Patsy Joan "Patty" Proctor, age 68 of Darlington, IN, joined her late husband and soul mate, Leslie E Proctor, in heaven on October 22, 2023 after a very courageous fight. She was surrounded by her family during the transition to heaven.
She was born in Crawfordsville, IN on June 11, 1955 to the late Chester L and Arlett J (Harter) Conkright. Patty married Leslie Earl Proctor on December 29, 1971 in Crawfordsville, IN.
She was an active member of Calvary Baptist Church in Crawfordsville, IN. She enjoyed working at Cowboy Camp, helping the Littles learn more about Jesus. She also loved attending the yearly Tent Revival at Calvary Baptist Church, and it would fill her heart and soul to know the Tent Revival was being extended so that more people could give their lives to Jesus. Patty was a good and faithful servant through all that life dealt her. She loved God and Jesus and wanted to make sure others did as well.
She was proud of her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren and loved them all deeply. Patty is survived by her daughter, Lezlie J (Proctor) / Ryan R Berning; her son, Terry L Proctor/ Beth M (Wolanin); ten grandchildren, and fifteen great-grandchildren. Also surviving are her sister, Susan E (Conkright) Graves; and brother, William A Conkright. She was preceded in death by her husband, Leslie E Proctor; parents, Chester L and Arletta J (Harter) Conkright; and siblings, Thomas L Conkright, Phyllis A (Conkright) Richardson, Judith K (Conkright) Black, James A Conkright.
Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Aaron-Ruben-Nelson Mortuary. The Celebration of Life will be held at Calvary Baptist Church, 128 East 400 South, Crawfordsville, IN 47933 on Saturday, November 4th, 2023 at 4:00pm.
