Patsy Louise Spencer was born on October 09, 1950 in Flint, Michigan to the late Carl Sims & Ollie Beatrice Smith. She passed away on June 29, 2022 at Kennett, MO at the age of 71 years 8 months 20 days.
Preceding her in death were her parents, Ollie Beatrice Smith, and Carl Sims. Also preceding her in death were a daughter Tonette Spencer, a sister, Alice Morgan, and a brother, Ricky Sims.
She leaves to cherish her memories, a son Adam (Rene) Spencer of Gobbler, MO, a brother, Dean Sims, of Texas, a brother, Albert Bellew, of Portageville, MO, a sister, Doris Williams, of Sikeston, MO, a sister-in-law, Donna Sims, of Wynne, AR, and a grandson, Rylee Spencer, and a host of other relatives and friends.
