Patsy Paulette Swartz, 76, of Winchester, IN, joined her Lord and Savior on Saturday, November 29, 2025, peacefully surrounded by loved ones at Pine Knoll Rehabilitation Center in Winchester, IN. Patsy was born in Tuscumbia, Alabama, on October 30, 1949, a daughter of the late Paul Hartful and Methyl Marie (Jackson) Conley. She was a graduate of Winchester High School and went on to receive training as an EMT and her degree in Respiratory Therapy from Ball State University. Patsy was formerly employed by Ascencion St. Vincent Randolph Hospital in Winchester, IN. She loved caring for others, serving as a candy striper, homemaker, mother, softball coach & player, and Sunday School Teacher. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latterday Saints and enjoyed bowling, but in her words "My children are the greatest thing I have ever done". Left to cherish her memory are her 3 children: Paul Anthony "Tony" Brandenburg (Margo), Christina Marie Ratliff (Jason), Angela Laurita Renee Searcy, 1 brother: Paul Larae Darrell "Ray" Conley (Deanna), 2 sisters: Connie Marie Meranda, Daralescia Angela Lafarris Southerland, 3 grandchildren: David, Heather, Logan (Steven), 2 great grandchildren: Waylon, Brynleigh and several nieces and nephews. Patsy was preceded in death by her parents Paul Hartful and Methyl Marie Conley. Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 6, 2025, from 11 AM to 1 PM at MJS Mortuaries - Farmland Chapel. Funeral services will follow at 1 PM with Bishop President Baker officiating. Burial will be held in Hopewell Cemetery in Farmland, IN. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Kidney Foundation. Arrangements have been entrusted to MJS Mortuaries - Farmland Chapel.
