Patsy Waters, born on June 23, 1943, in Casa Grande, Arizona, was a remarkable woman whose life was woven with love, warmth, and cherished memories. She was the beloved daughter of Columbus Titus, Jr. and Lillian Marie Coleman, and her early education took place in the Dallas Independent School District, where she attended James Madison High School Dallas, Texas.

Throughout her life, Patsy dedicated herself to her work as a self-employed housekeeper, a role that allowed her to share her nurturing spirit with many. Cooking was one of her great loves, alongside relaxing afternoons spent watching her favorite series, "The First 48," and treasure-hunting at local Goodwill stores.

Patsy's greatest joy came from her family. She met the love of her life, Mr. James Harold Waters, and together they were united in Holy Matrimony in Dallas, Texas. Their union was blessed with three wonderful children: Harold Titus, Tonja Titus, and Terrance Waters, to whom she imparted her boundless love and unwavering support.

Patsy is preceded in death by her cherished parents and her three siblings: Nathaniel Joiner, Jr., Sheila Johnson, and her grandson, Eric Moore. She leaves behind a loving sister, Nancy Jackson, along with her three children, and a legacy of grandchildren that includes Tori Titus, Nadia Waters, LaToya Titus, De'Ajenea Johnson, Alicia Van, and a multitude of great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who will carry forward her memory.

For 40 years, Patsy made her home in the same neighborhood, becoming a beloved figure in her community. She delighted in spending time with her family, creating cherished moments on the front porch while watching life go by. Her home was a gathering place, known for its welcoming atmosphere and delicious meals shared among loved ones. Fondly remembered as Ms. Pat or OG Pat, her friendly spirit touched the hearts of her neighbors, as she took joy in watching their children grow.

Patsy held her faith close to her heart and will be remembered not only for her generous nature but also for her kind heart that extended to all around her. As we celebrate her life, we honor the beautiful legacy filled with love, laughter, and compassion that she has left behind. She will be deeply missed, but her spirit will forever live on in the hearts of those who loved her.
