Patti-Jo Ketterman

Patti-Jo (Cunningham) Ketterman, age 68 of Wellsville, Pennsylvania, passed away on Friday, January 17, at her home. Born on February 29, 1956 in West Chester, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of Ellis P. and Anna (Glauner) Cunningham.
Patti graduated from West Chester (Henderson) High School with the class of 1974 and York College of Pennsylvania in 1986. She lived in Wellsville for over 30 years and worked in the banking sector at Members 1st before retiring in 2016. Patti was an avid reader, enjoying discussing books with her friends and family, and a champion of animal rights, often supporting local rescues. In her spare time, she had a passion for tracing her family genealogy, completing crossword puzzles, and baking her famous M&M cookies for her husband. Patti treated life like it was a musical, often bursting out into random song complete with a dance. Whenever time allowed, Patti loved "bronzing" on the beach for vacations.
Patti's love for family was a driving force in her life, often making herself available as a listening shoulder to a sibling or niece/nephew or to help edit a granddaughter's college papers. Each 3rd Sunday in July, Patti faithfully cleared her calendar to attend the annual Pierce-Cunningham Reunion and visit with as many family members as possible.
Patti is survived by her loving husband and best friend of over 33 years, James Ketterman, Jr., and her beloved rescue cats, Maddie and Olli; daughters Tania Renée (Ken) Shepard and Kristen Lee Browning; 5 granddaughters, Jaedyn Browning, McKenzie Browning, Jocelyn Browning, Makayla Browning, and Michelle (Chad) Chambers; 1 great granddaughter, Emma Chambers; sisters, Joan (James) Aberts, Lorna (Edward) Dzialo, and Lynne (Thomas) Tatum; and brothers John (Janice) Cunningham and Glenn (Susan) Cunningham; 2 sisters-in-law; Sheila (Blaine) Fink and Terri (Mike) Einsig, and numerous nieces and nephews (all adorable and above average).
She was predeceased by her parents and beloved sisters, Faye (Shari May) Webb, Elli (James) Pavlik, and Ronnie (William) Taylor.
