Patton Henson Obituary
AIKEN - PATTON B. HENSON, 55, passed away early Saturday morning, February 8, 2025 in his home with his loving mother by his side.
A native of and life-long resident of Aiken, Pat was the son of Betty Henson Williamson and the late Bruce L. Henson. He graduated from South Aiken High School and attended Anderson College where he played baseball. His latest career was event coordinator and content creator with Glow Vibe Golf.
Known for his unwavering kindness and a strong commitment to his faith, Pat touched the lives of many. His genuine spirit and love for others created lasting connections and friendships throughout his life.
Survivors include his mother, Betty; two sisters, Debbie Henson Brown (Dennis), Union, SC, Layna Henson, Knoxville, TN; step-sisters, Debbie W. Jordan (Brad), Anderson, SC, Linda W. Brooks (Ken), Aiken; step-brother, Paul T. Williamson (Sue), Florence, SC; niece, Amanda Brown; nephew, Jackson Clester and special friends who were more like family, Shanon, Taber and Ella Epley, Travis Clester and Paul and Joyce Cross. Preceding Pat in death is his step-father, Carroll Williamson and nephew, Jeremy Brown.
The family will receive friends Thursday morning, February 13th at Shellhouse - Rivers Funeral Home beginning at half past 9 o'clock. The funeral service will follow at 11 o'clock in the funeral home's chapel. The Rev. Bill Howard III will officiate. Interment will be in Southlawn Cemetery. The service will be livestreamed on Pat's obituary page at https://iframe.dacast.com/b/156599/c/585055 .
Pallbearers will be Lee Cheeks, Ryan Lacey, Clem Rogers, Craig Bishop, Ron Siegler and Scotty Mills. Serving as honorary pallbearers will be friends from school, baseball buddies from college, former co-workers at Southeastern Tool and co-workers of Glow Vibe Golf.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to Recovery Road Ministries (recoveryroadministries.org).

With heavy hearts, we say goodbye to my dear brother, Patton Henson. You were a light in our lives, a source of strength, love, and laughter. Your presence brought warmth to every moment, and your spirit will forever live on in our hearts.
Patton, you will be deeply missed, but never forgotten. I love you always.
