Patty Chiszar was an independent, strong willed woman who lived her life entirely on her own terms. With a spirit as steady as it was vibrant, she embraced each day with determination, creativity, and a quiet confidence that inspired everyone who knew her.
On January 29, 2026, Patty reunited with her beloved husband, Jim, whom she cherished deeply. She leaves behind her grandson, Jack Chiszar; her devoted sisters, Jackie Follmer and Barbie Glasnap; her nephews, Rick and Donald Follmer; and her great nephews and niece, Travis, Samantha, and Dalton Follmer. Each of them carries a piece of her strength, humor, and love.
Patty’s circle of friends was wide and heartfelt—her sorority sisters, crafting crew, bridge companions, and countless others who were touched by her generosity and unmistakable spark. She built community wherever she went, and those friendships were among the great joys of her life.
Her creative talents were a gift she shared freely. Whether through handmade treasures, thoughtful gestures, or the simple beauty she brought into everyday moments, Patty left behind keepsakes that will be cherished for years to come. Those lucky enough to receive something crafted by her hands will forever hold a piece of her spirit.
Patty lived boldly, loved deeply, and left the world brighter than she found it. Her memory will continue to shine in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
