Patty Eudy Obituary
Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm, Wednesday, March 27, 2024 at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church. Rev. Shad Hicks will officiate and burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday night, March 26, 2024 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at Edwards Funeral Home in Norwood.
Patty was born January 26, 1955 in Stanly County to the late Fred Washington and Pearl Elizabeth Cagle Hatley. She was a 1973 graduate of North Stanly High School and attended Pleasant Grove Baptist Church.
Patty loved her family and looked forward to their weekly "soup night". She was the glue that held the family together. She loved the Lord! She enjoyed being at church and was very active, having taught Sunday school and playing the piano. She enjoyed traveling to the mountains and watching wildlife.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Johnny Hatley.
She is survived by her loving husband, James Edward "Eddie" Eudy of the home; children, Jamie Hathcock (JR), Jamie Eudy(Andrea) and Angie Stiller(Freddie); grandchildren, Jaclyn Allen(Will), Seth Stiller(Sarah), Amber Stiller, Dalton Eudy, Makayla Eudy, Nathan Hathcock and Lillie Hathcock; great-grandchildren, Eli and Ezra Allen and two new ones on the way; sisters, Sue Stiller and Linda Hinson.
