It is with heavy hearts and deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Paul Anthony Alberta, who left us peacefully on April 9, 2025, at the age of 78. A man of boundless kindness and selfless love, Paul lived a life devoted to others, embodying the true meaning of compassion, generosity, and unwavering loyalty.

Born on February 26, 1947, Paul grew into a man whose quiet strength and warm heart left an unforgettable mark on everyone he met. Whether it was through a helping hand, a listening ear, or a laugh shared over a game, Paul had a way of making people feel seen, valued, and loved. To know Paul was to know kindness itself.

Paul was a proud and devoted father to his son, Nicholas Alberta, and daughter, Toni Townsley, whose love and admiration for their father are endless. He shared a special bond with Toni’s husband, Steve Townsley, and found immense joy in the lives of his beloved granddaughters, Jordyn Kirklewski and Sydney Kirklewski, who brought a sparkle to his eyes and warmth to his heart.

A true Baltimore sports fan, Paul was a die-hard supporter of the Ravens and Oriolesâ€"his passion for his teams ran deep, and game days were sacred. Music also held a special place in his heart, often filling his home and his soul with joy. He found comfort, connection, and peace in the melodies he loved.

Paul had a heart of goldâ€"always putting others before himself. His generosity was effortless, his compassion endless. He was the kind of man who would drop everything to help a friend or a stranger, never expecting anything in return. That selflessness, that quiet heroism, is what made Paul extraordinary.

He leaves behind not only his cherished family, but also countless friends and extended loved ones who were lucky to know his warmth, his humor, and his unwavering love.

Paul Anthony Alberta was more than just a beloved father, grandfather, and friendâ€"he was a light in the lives of many. Though he may no longer be with us in body, his spirit will live on forever in the hearts of all who were touched by his love and grace.

Viewing for Paul Alberta will be on Tuesday April 15th at 2-4PM and 6-8PM located at Marzullo Funeral Chapel at 6009 Harford Road Baltimore, MD 21214.
