Paul was my neighbor. Although I have not known him long, every time we ran into each other when leaving our apartments, he would stop and chat for awhile. Now I see his empty parking spot and I miss my friend.

To Paul´s family,
I recall back in the 1990´s, when we both worked for the PA Fish Commission, in different divisions. In an effort to improve public fishing, Paul, using the "Perca", went the extra mile to set up an Open Water Marker, to identify an off-shore Coho stocking site. RIP Paul.

Remembering Paul with love. He was present to help his mom after the early death of his dad. He was a good brother & I have many fond memories of him. Very knowledgeable in his field of fishery science & always willing to teach to share his knowledge with our family.Paul was a devoted dad to his daughters.Although his health failed him early in retirement, he found joy in exploring his beautiful land & nature. His granddaughters Maggie & Millie were his ultimate joy later in his life. He will be sorely missed. May he rest reunited with his mom & dad & sister. Wishing peace to his girls & sending love.

Remembering my dear Uncle who taught me about our native PA fish when I was a little girl.
His famous baked beans were always a big hit at our family picnics.
Thinking of you, Alyssa and Lindsay. With love, Shelley
