Paul J. Boche, age 69, died in his home on August 20, 2024. Born on June 3, 1955, to Wilfred and Ruth (Markworth) Boche, Paul was baptized and confirmed in the Lutheran faith. After graduating from Concordia Academy, he worked as a grain sampler and later as a United States postal employee in a variety of positions. He completed his career at the USPS facility in Eagan, MN.

Paul was a passionate tree farmer, joining his older brothers in the science of forestry. His love for the great north woods of Minnesota was second only to his love of family and friends, and to his love of his faithful Savior.

Left to mourn his passing are his brothers, Mark (Ruth) and Christian; his nephews, Benjamin (Jennifer), Jonathan (Kessia), Daniel (Laura), David (Katelyn), William (Holly), and Michael; and his niece, Elizabeth (Matthew) Behmer.

Paul was preceded in death by his parents; his infant brother, Philip; and his sister-in-law, Charlotte.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, September 21, at 11:00 AM, with visitation 10:00 - 11:00 AM, at Mueller-Bies Funeral Home (Roseville), 2130 North Dale Street, Roseville, MN.

Memorial donations may be made to Christ the Lord Lutheran Church in Cottage Grove, MN; St. Peter Lutheran Church in Afton, MN; or to an organization of one’s choosing.

“Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, nor have entered into the heart of man the things which God has prepared for those who love Him.” 1 Corinthians 2:9
