Frank Dale Fetrow, 88, of St. Paul MN, passed away peacefully on March 19, 2026. He was born on February 12, 1938, in Page, Nebraska to Dale and Laura (Mae) Fetrow.
Frank served his country with honor in the United States Army, followed by a distinguished career as an engineer working with Boeing Aircraft, Control Data, and E.T.A. Systems.
A tennis player at heart, Frank always enjoyed a competitive game. He had a real passion for building model planes and ships and truly enjoyed watching his planes fly. He was also a telescope star enthusiast who loved exploring the night sky.
Preceded in death by his parents, Dale and Laura (Mae) Fetrow; son-in-law, Scott Solheid; sister, Marilyn (Lee) Bauer; and brother-in-law, Lee Bauer.
Survived by his beloved wife, Mary Villafuerte Fetrow; daughter, Kelley (Scott Anderson) Solheid; sons, Michael (Allison) and Eric Fetrow (Christian); granddaughters, Camille (Mason) and Devan (Josh) Solheid, and Andrea Balut (Woody); grandsons, Jack (Ashley) and Frank Fetrow; one great-grandson, J.J.; sister, Betty (Ed) Pierson; as well as many nieces and nephews.
A private interment and service will be held for the family.
Memorials preferred to Our Lady of Peace.
Frank will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
